Shoot Prep Guide — EG Media Co.

Thank you for choosing EG Media Co. We're so excited to capture your listing beautifully. To ensure we make the most of our time together and deliver stunning results, please review the following guidelines carefully before your scheduled shoot.

Property Presentation

Our goal is to photograph your listing in its best possible light. Please ensure the property is clean, tidy, and ready to be photographed as-is prior to our arrival. Our team will assist with minor adjustments on-site, including:

Opening blinds and curtains to maximize natural light
Turning on interior lights for a warm, inviting atmosphere
Removing small items from countertops and surfaces that may be distracting
Making minor compositional adjustments within the frame

Please Note

EG Media Co. is a professional photography and media service — not a cleaning or staging service. We kindly ask that the property be prepared prior to our arrival. We are happy to make light, thoughtful adjustments within the frame, however we are unable to clean, organize, or remove excessive clutter or trash. Listings will be photographed in the condition they are in upon our arrival.

Pre-Shoot Checklist

Interior

All rooms tidied and decluttered
Beds made and linens straightened
Dishes cleared from sinks and countertops
Personal items (toiletries, medications) stored away
Trash bins emptied or removed from frame

Exterior

Driveway and walkways cleared of vehicles if possible
Trash cans moved out of view
Hoses, tools, and equipment stored away

Property Access & Entry

To ensure a smooth and timely shoot, please provide all access information at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This includes:

Lockbox code and location on the property
Whether the property requires Supra eKey access — please notify us in advance so we can coordinate accordingly
Gate or community entry codes if applicable
Any special instructions for entering the property

Important — Access Policy

Out of respect for our schedule and other clients, if we arrive at the property and are unable to gain entry, we will make every effort to reach you. If we are unable to establish communication or gain access within 15 minutes of arrival, the appointment will be cancelled. In this case, a 50% refund will be issued to account for travel time and the reserved appointment slot. Please ensure all access information is confirmed prior to your shoot date.

Day of Shoot

Please ensure the property is accessible at your scheduled start time
If you or a representative plan to be present, we welcome it — just give us space to work our magic!
If any last-minute changes arise, please contact us as soon as possible

Delivery & Next Steps

Your edited photos and media will be delivered to your private online gallery within 48 hours of the shoot (or within 24 hours if Rush Delivery was selected). You'll receive an email with your download link as soon as your gallery is ready.
